Join Intuitive Energy Healer, Nico for our next women’s healing circle. As we sip on a warm cup of Cacao, (indigenous medicine for heart opening) we will connect explore themes of self love, relationships and emotional well-being. Through a combination of group healing modalities we will let go of stuck energy through guided journaling, meditation, breath work, movement, sound and reiki healing.
