PureWow: Ruby Room Among the Chicago Places We Miss Most

What She Remembered

Her description is the one we hear most from people describing us to a friend: a shop full of incense, tarot decks, gemstones, crystal balls, and pendulums — and, upstairs, intuitive readings and healing massage. She wrote about dropping in on a whim, which is genuinely how a lot of first visits here start.

That drop-in habit is deliberate. The ground floor is open to browse with no appointment: our own line of 14 flower and gem essences, detox salts, intention candles, crystals, sage, card decks, and skincare. Plenty of people wander in for a candle and book a session on the way out.
