What to Expect in an Energy Healing Session
Energy healing sessions at Ruby Room are held in a private treatment room in our Wicker Park healing sanctuary. You will typically be lying on a treatment table, fully clothed, in a quiet and carefully held space.
Your Alchemist will open with an Essence Reading to attune to your field before beginning any healing work. The session may be largely silent, with occasional words from your Alchemist as they work. Many clients enter a deeply altered, meditative state during the session.
Common experiences during and after energy healing: warmth, tingling, emotional release, visions or imagery, deep sleep the night after, and a sense of heaviness lifting. None of these are required — every session is different. Your Alchemist will check in with you and debrief at the close of the session.

Yes. Energy healing is non-invasive and gentle. It can be safely combined with conventional medical treatment, therapy, and any other wellness practice. It is not a replacement for medical care.
This depends entirely on what you are working through. Some clients experience significant shift in one session. Others benefit from a regular practice of monthly or bimonthly sessions. Your Alchemist will advise after your first session.
Yes. Distance energy healing is effective and available — contact us about booking remote sessions if you cannot come to Wicker Park in person.
Not all clients have vivid physical or emotional experiences during sessions — and this does not mean the work is not happening. Energy healing often integrates in the hours and days that follow. Sleep quality, emotional tone, and physical symptoms are often the most reliable indicators of effect.
