- At checkout, select your preferred membership tier.
- Your membership begins immediately — your session is included in your first month.
- Each subsequent month, your session credit and 10% discount renew automatically.

Yes — for the Mini ($81) and Standard ($108) tiers. If you cannot make it in person for a given month, your session can be delivered via Zoom.
You may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment.
