What to Expect at Your Chakrassage
The Chakrassage is 90 minutes of uninterrupted, private healing. You will be on a treatment table, draped and cared for throughout. Your Alchemist works from your feet upward, spending intentional time at each chakra center.
Many clients experience emotional releases — tears, deep sighing, physical shaking in small amounts — all of which are welcomed and normal. Your Alchemist will hold the space without judgment.
Plan for 5–10 minutes before your session to arrive, settle, and share any immediate context with your Alchemist. Drink plenty of water for 24 hours before and after. Avoid scheduling demanding activities directly after your session — many clients feel deeply relaxed or emotionally open.
